WHAT DOES A PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGE INCLUDE?

Every package includes a photographer for the duration of the day of the event as agreed to in the contract. The average photo package is based on a 10 hour day unless otherwise specified, and an unlimited amount of photos taken during that time. Every client receives a copy of all images on a custom flash drive after they are edited and touched up. Fresh New Angle releases the copyrights to all clients for printing and posting without any logos or watermarks. All highlight images are uploaded to view on our website and all photos taken at the event are backed up multiple times to ensure the safe keeping of your most important memories.

 

CAN I ADD ANOTHER PHOTOGRAPHER?

Absolutely! Fresh New Angle encourages event coverage by more than one photographer. In cases where photo coverage is needed in multiple locations at one time an additional photographer is necessary. 

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE PHOTOS FROM MY EVENT?

Because we take so much pride in what we do, there is a lot of effort and work that is put into the processing of all the images we take. The time frame for the average event can take up to 8 weeks depending on the time of year, but we can guarantee you will be in love with the final product!

 

HOW DO I ORDER AN ALBUM?

Once our clients receive and review their images on their custom flash drive, the image numbers that are to be included in the album can be sent to tim@fnaevents.com. Once the email is reviewed the album process will start and a draft will be sent out when finished via email. At that point the clients are free to make changes to the existing album by sending an email with requested changes, or approve the album by confirming a shipping address.

 

CAN I STILL GET AN ALBUM IF IT WAS NOT INCLUDED IN MY PACKAGE?
